CHORASAN: Katayoun

Katayoun belongs to the Sayad Clan "Shahin" and is the protagonist in the story of Chorasan. The Sayad are looking for treasures in the ruins of the old world, which contain highly technologized artifacts. Katayoun lives alone with her older sister Azada since her parents went missing a long time ago.

Integrated in her chest and nervous system she carries an artificial intelligence called ELM (Electronic Library Master). It helps her find the right paths in this dangerous world.

This project is about a future in which our world (300 years from now on) ceased to exist. From the ashes rose a new culture which has to face its past. It takes place in the former region of Mesopotamia.

Our basic idea was to experiment with oriental and futuristic science fiction aesthetics.
